Hello, Farm

This is our farm.

Not for crops — for systems. For tools that make our family’s life a little simpler, a little more intentional. For experiments worth running. For ideas worth growing.

The name comes from the hunt. Halali is the signal the hunters blow at the end of the day — the work is done, the quarry is found, it’s time to come home. That’s the feeling we’re after. Build the thing. Ship it. Come home.

What grows here

Projects are living things. They sprout, grow, and eventually reach harvest. Some don’t make it. We document those too.

Agents are the workers. Named, defined, given real jobs. Right now they live in configs and prompts. Eventually they’ll work autonomously, writing code, drafting content, sending reminders.

Field Notes — this blog — is where we write down what we’re learning. Practical. Honest. No hype.

The Toolshed is where reusable things live: prompt templates, infrastructure configs, starter kits.

Who it’s for

Our family first. If something we build here helps someone else, great. If it becomes valuable, we’ll grow it. But the first test is always: does this make our life better?
